There is no possibility of selecting a specific day and time for the delivery of the order, although we will write down your preferences to indicate to the transport company. The delivery period referred to on the website will be merely indicative, and delivery may be advanced or delayed depending on the transport company or the inconveniences that may arise during transport. Orders placed on working days are prepared the next day and collected by the carrier, as long as there is stock available. Once the shipping company has the package, the delivery time ranges from 24 to 48 hours in Spain and from 3 to 9 working days in any of the EEC countries, depending on the destination region and the type of service contracted.

Given the composition of some of the products we sell, goods normally travel by road or sea, making it impossible or very complicated to carry out express shipments that travel by plane, in addition to these services being extremely expensive.

The delay in the delivery of the shipment will not be a reason for compensation or compensation for the Client by FORCOBAY, although in extreme cases, we could apply discounts or promotions to compensate for said delays, provided that these are unjustified and are not due to causes. force majeure.

Consequences of withdrawal:

In case of unilateral withdrawal on your part, you must first send us the products to be returned, to verify that they are unused and in perfect condition to be put up for sale again.
